Every material figure on this site carries a source and a compile date. When we don't have a number, we say so rather than inventing one to complete a table.
GSA anchors
Per diem figures come from the U.S. General Services Administration's published domestic per diem tables for FY 2026 (Oct 1, 2025 – Sep 30, 2026): the Dallas locality ($170/night lodging, $191 in the January–March peak, $80/day M&IE), the Fort Worth / Arlington / Grapevine locality ($181/night flat), and the standard CONUS rate ($110/$68) for unlisted areas. GSA publishes new tables each October 1; we refresh the same week.
Why GSA appears at all
Travel healthcare stipends are set by agencies from contract bill rates — not by GSA. But GSA localities are the public benchmark the industry references, they're the closest thing to a neutral anchor a traveler can check independently, and they differ between Dallas and Tarrant counties in ways that matter to a housing budget. We present them strictly as reference anchors, never as predicted pay.
Rent bands
Rent bands are compiled from public listing platforms (multiple aggregators) for the specific pockets named on each facility file, then deliberately rounded to $100 bands. Rounding is a feature: listing-platform precision is false precision, and a band you can verify beats a decimal you can't. Compile month appears on every page that carries bands. Drive times
Drive-time ranges reflect typical shift-time conditions (early-morning inbound, evening outbound) rather than free-flow estimates, and are stated as ranges for that reason. Test-drive your own commute before signing — we say this everywhere because it's the single highest-value hour of contract prep.
What we will not do
No invented statistics. No unsourced market claims. No fabricated reviews or interviews. No precision theater. Where a figure is an estimate, it is labeled as one.
Corrections
Errors get fixed and logged. If you find one, use the contact route on the about page — corrections from working travelers are the most valuable input this site gets.
